Fondée en 1967, la Chambre Nationale des Experts Spécialisés a pour but d'apporter, par la compétence de ses membres, tranquillité et certitude d'une expertise comforme aux critères de qualité et d'authenticité, aide efficace, aux collectionneurs, aux Compagnies d'assurances et à leurs clients, aux officiers ministériels, aux salons et expositions d'antiquités, aux douanes et aux tribunaux. La C.N.E.S. regroupe 150 Experts sélectionnés après examen spécifique, 62 Stagiaires et 56 Membres honoraires ou correspondants. Les Experts de la C.N.E.S. doivent obligatoirement contracter une assurance personnelle en responsabilité civile. La durée légale de la responsabilité de l'Expert est de 30 ans. La C.N.E.S. est organisée au plan national en 9 régions, chacune d'elles étant placée sous la responsabilité d'un président. |
